Prayer for PATRIA
Jesus Christ, Lord of history, we need you.
We are wounded and weary.
We need your comfort and strength.
We want to be a nation, a nation whose identity
is the
true passion for and commitment to the common good. Give us the courage
freedom
of
God's children to love everyone without excluding anyone,
favoring the poor, and forgiving those who trespass against us,
hating hatred and peace building. Grant
dialogue wisdom and joy of hope that never disappoints.
You call us forth. Here we are, Lord,
near Mary, who has Luján says:
Argentina! Sing as you go!
Jesus Christ, Lord of history, we need you.
